  •   The centre is open from 6:30am – 6:30pm Monday to Sunday, but still parents can contact the centre for any help about the child at any time for assistance or inquiry.
  • The child should always be picked in time as planned for and in case of any delays unexpected; communication should be made in time.


  • The parents should avail the administration of the Centre with all necessary information about the child's health so that arrangements can be made for children with special cases.
  •   During care time, the Centre shall provide the necessary medical attention and care to the children. If the situation persists, the parent will be contacted in an emergency to take the child to a better health service centre. If this extra care is provided by the Centre, the parent, guardian or caretaker of the child will have to cater for all the incurred costs in such a process.
  • It is ONLY the Centre Nurse that shall administer professional medical care to the child and any other staff shall only provide general parental, some mental and physical support to the child while at the Centre.


  • The Centre shall provide all necessary meals – including edibles and drinks. The child should not carry any food from home, and if so, he/she shall eat/ or drink it after having been approved and permitted by the School Nutritionist. Parents who intend to prepare for their children special meals should fill forms first - to give a record of the reason and conditions for so.
  • Only the school Nutritionist shall administer professional care and supervision to all meals provided by the Centre to the children.
  • For all parents, forms for feeding favourites, likes and dislikes of their children should be filled for the Centre to be guided on what to feed the children under the supervision of the Centre Nutritionist.
  •   Parents shall be free to check on their children's feeding and hygiene.


  • The required fees shall all be cleared as the term commences.
  • Upon any payment for anything, a parent or guardian shall receive a receipt.
  • The mode of payment shall be dictated by the Centre Administration which is also prone to changes as the Centre wishes. Parents of the children are expected to abide by that.
  •   All payments shall be indicated in the provided brochures and any others that are not officially presented by the Administration are not legally part of its arrangements; therefore, parents are warned against making such payments to the Centre or staff.
  • All required payments should be cleared by the Centre Accounting Officer/ Bursar and in case of any emergency, with the help of her/his supervisor – the Head Teacher.


  •   In case of any need to give a form of assistance by a parent(s), it should be permitted and authorized by the respective office upon inquiries. However, the Centre welcomes any necessary assistance from parents in the struggle to provide the best services to the children.
  • Whenever the parent is called upon for any involvement, a positive response is expected – at least a representative should be sent for the betterment of the respective child.


  • For Nursery school, only the Centre shall decide and provide whatever the child is supposed to put on while at the Centre.
  • For Day care children, there shall not be any designated mode of clothing/ uniform.
  • All clothes for the Day Care children will be labelled by the Centre for identification of the owner as a case of proper hygiene.

All the necessary play materials for the children shall be provided by the Centre and kept at the Centre. No child shall come with any play material to the Centre and none of those at the Centre will be taken home with the child.

  • The child shall be picked up from or near home by the Centre Van in case it is necessary by the authorized and identified personnel not by any other vehicles or persons. As a warning to the parent, if a child is picked by another vehicle/ and unidentified person then it will be the parents' responsibility to take care of any eventualities.
  • The time of picking children from different homes and points will be discussed by the parent and the administration.
  • In case the child gets to the pickup point late, the parent or guardian shall incure the cost of transporting the child to the Centre in a limited time.


  •   As arranged by the school and agreed with the person to pick up the child from the Centre, it should be done in time otherwise communications of delays should be made earlier so that the Centre Caretakers can keep the child busy until the postponed pickup.
  •   Only authorized, permitted, identified and known persons shall pick the children from the Centre and they should provide identification to the Centre Security Officers backed by signing in the necessary books for proper tracking and record keeping about them in line with children's safety. In case of any change of such people, communication must be made in time, and supported by evidence from the right person and the parent.

Night facilitation shall be provided to children under a special arrangement and more so for parents who may be traveling in and out of the country. Children are to be taken to guardians or family friends on public holidays, weekends and some other special days as would be agreed.
The center is open during day time to all. Children and parents from different places may come to Scooby –Doo on weekends for swimming and sporting programmes. During Holidays, we have a well arranged program with different time-tabled activities like music and dance, storytelling, drama and swimming. Children also have access to games, and all play materials. During this period, your child is exposed to the environment and attains different values, e.g. Friendship formation, sharing, empathy and sympathy, tolerance, emotions control, patience, negotiations, communication skills.
All activities are supervised by adults.
